Hello to all. Thanks for stopping by our website. It has been gone for a while but we have it back up again. It should look simular to what you remember. I did add a couple of new features. One is the department history tab. Look here and you will read a great story in Harlan PD history. Harlan PD has been in service since April 1912. The story is about Chief Pope being killed in the line of duty in 1922. Fortunately, he has been the only officer killed in the line of duty from our department(that I have found anyway). The other new feature is this blog. Here I will put up information that may be helpful to the public of what is happening around our city and department. Check back often, I will try to update at least once a week or more often if needed. Please feel free to contact me or any of our officers at the office or by email.
